Frequently Asked Questions

Creating a new acknowledgement entry is easy:

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to the dashboard
  2. Click on the "Create" tile on the main dashboard
  3. Fill in all the required fields in the form that appears
  4. If you don't have a content code, click on "Generate New"
  5. Click the "Create" button to submit your entry

Your entry will be created immediately and available for tracking.

You can track the status of any acknowledgement in two ways:

  1. Using the sidebar tracker: Enter the content code in the sidebar search field and click "Track"
  2. Using View All: Click the "View All" tile, then use the search or filter options to locate your acknowledgement

The tracking information shows the complete journey of your acknowledgement including when it was created, delivered, and received.

QR codes can be generated for quick access to acknowledgement details:

  1. From the dashboard, click on "Bulk QR"
  2. The system will display QR codes for your recent acknowledgements
  3. Click the "Download" button to save all QR codes

When scanned, these QR codes will take you directly to the tracking information for the specific acknowledgement.

To update your profile information:

  1. Click on your profile name in the purple card on the dashboard
  2. The profile modal will open with your current information
  3. Update your Center, College, Department, and Sub Department as needed
  4. Click "Update" to save your changes

Your profile changes will take effect immediately across the system.

Generating reports is simple:

  1. From the dashboard, click on the "Report" button
  2. Select a date range for your report
  3. Use the advanced search options if you need to filter by specific criteria
  4. Select the report fields you want to include
  5. Click "Generate Report" to view your results

You can download or print the generated reports for your records.
